Inbound Application Analyst

Our inbound business has seen some real growth over the last year with further expansion planned this year and beyond. To assist with these growth plans, we have a new Inbound Application Analyst role to complement our existing team based in our Head Office in Ewloe near Chester.

Duties include:

 

  • Ensure all applications are checked and the usual authenticity / fraud checks are conducted and adhered to at all time
  • Analyse and manage finance proposals including obtaining any required credit information from our partners or brokers.
  • Work closely with the credit department to achieve an efficient service to our partners and achieve satisfactory decisions, including the ability to pre-underwrite and file an appeal on behalf of the broker/partner.
  • Effectively interact with external relationships and other departments
  • Handle inbound enquiries transaction enquiries across our dedicated broker/partner support telephone lines.
  • Complete effective transaction communication with our partners and End-Users by telephone and email or through systems.
  • Effectively manage email work queues for the inbound sales and Broker Business.
  • Communicate with partners to drive transaction completion.
  • Demonstrate negotiation skills in appealing decisions when necessary 
  • Maintain accurate reporting as required to enable weekly reviews.
  • Work effectively to support both customers being our partners and our inbound broker function.
  • Raise any broker or End-User objections or complaints to the relevant individual or the Head of Dept to resolve.
  • Demonstrate a complete commitment to delivering excellent customer service to the stakeholders

 

Core skills and knowledge:

 

  • Sound awareness of asset finance products and any experience of working within a Broker, supplier or Vendor environment is preferred, but not essential. 
  • Knowledge of AML/KYC, Finance Agreements, Computer Applications, Credit & Documentation processes and requirements would be advantageous
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships and communicate with key stakeholders internally and externally via telephone and email 
  • Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to engage in logical reasoning and analysis. 
  • Demonstrate high accuracy levels. 
  • Excellent organisational, time management and reasoning skills
